Leveled Up Event Venue & Design Return Policy

At Leveled Up Event Venue & Design (LUEVD), all products, décor items, rentals, and custom materials are final sale. Due to the nature of our business and the customization involved in event design and execution, we maintain the following return policy:
No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on:

Custom décor or design items

Furniture, linens, or rental equipment

Any purchased or provided event supplies

Digital or printed materials

Promotional products
Once an item has been delivered, installed, or picked up, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos and a written explanation sent to info@leveledupvenue.com. We will review your concern and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Custom Work Disclaimer
Custom designs are created specifically for your event and cannot be reused or resold. By confirming your booking or order, you acknowledge that all custom materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.
